Secret Cleared Bilingual Administrative Assistant - WORK FROM HOME
Our client operates separately from a small Federal Government Agency with less than 40 employees. They have a requirement for a Secret Cleared Bilingual Administrative Assistant with expertise in providing administrative support to management. This is a work-from-home opportunity whereby the initial 6-month contract will likely be extended for several renewals. All candidates should have 5 years prior work experience acting in a similar (but not necessarily identical) role. The successful candidate will be supplied home office equipment (laptop).
Pay rate from $20-30/hr depending on experience.
The Administrative Assistant must perform the following, but not limited to:
· Managing calendars
· Organizing virtual meetings and teleconferences
· Preparing background materials for virtual meetings and teleconferences
· Entering text into documents, proofreading, editing and verifying a wide range of materials to ensure quality of language, proper format, accuracy of content, etc.
· Assembling and disseminating correspondence and materials
· Maintaining an electronic and hard copy filing system
