Aboriginal Healthcare Services Accreditation, Team Associate

Full Time, with full benefits – Work from home to start, Offices centrally located, “post-COVID-19”

You’re a self-starter. You love to learn from and collaborate with others. You can cut through the noise to craft and deliver smart and strategic communications.




Required Qualifications :

Let’s break it down:

·         Working within the Aboriginal Services Accreditation and Community teams to facilitate surveys

·         Work with organization leaders to identify process gaps that will be captured in continuous improvement plans for impactful results

·         Facilitate and enable processes that have a cross-functional impact within Canadian Accreditation to eliminate waste, reduce process time and improve operational performance while establishing a sustainable model for continuous improvement

·         Contribute to cross functional collaboration across the Canadian Accreditation teams

·         Shaping and driving a holistic approach to resolving business issues and bringing new processes and concepts into the organization that provide added value to the people you relate to within and outside the organization.

·         Contributing to problem identification and advanced data analyses to gather relevant information, identify key issues and generate resolutions

·         Contribute data and insight to proposals to respond to business development opportunities and coordinate, collate knowledge and expertise from various stakeholders


You have a unique history. Does it include the education and experience listed below?

·         Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Practice or Community Development, or related field

·         Minimum 2 years of experience executing excellence in client service, community programs, or related field

·         Exhibit strong scientific and analytical understanding of business processes with ability to function within a diverse team / working environment

·         Strong MS Office skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

·         Competence in solving difficult problems using appropriate process improvement methodologies

·         Excellent oral and written communication skills – ability to review and edit reports;

·         Effective Interpersonal skills


You'll Stand out if you....

·         Are bilingual in French and English.

·         Understand the Canadian health ecosystem and the challenges it faces. 

·         Technical knowledge of MS Office, including Teams, and Project Management software tool, CRM, ERP,
